You can now propagate tags:

• Hierarchy & lineage allows tag propagation to child and downstream assets.
• Hierarchy only (no lineage) allows tag propagation to child assets only.
• [new] Lineage only (no hierarchy) allows tag propagation to downstream assets only.
• No propagation disables any tag propagation.
