Introducing two new additions to Atlan's awesome team of filters — the Parent asset type and Parent asset name filters! You can use these filters to power your discovery of column assets.

Here's how the new filters can help you:

• Use the Parent asset type filter to find columns for a specific type of parent asset — tables and views.
• Use the Parent asset name filter to find columns with a specific table or view name or through pattern match.
• Use the filters together to quickly narrow down the columns you need right from the Assets page.
• Add the new filters while creating playbooks to easily update your column assets at scale.
