Atlan now enables you to convert your subdomains into domains while retaining any nested subdomains, products, and associated metadata!

Once you have created a subdomain, you may want to bump it up to a domain if the domain structure in your organization changes or a team or department evolves. In that case, you can convert your existing subdomains into domains with a few clicks. Any and all nested subdomains and data products within that converted subdomain will come along for the ride and become a part of the new domain.

Note that you will need the Update Domains permission on the subdomain and parent domain of the subdomain you want to convert.
